Refused Order Charges

In the event of an incorrect shipping address, a fee of $20.00 will be levied. Should a package be undeliverable or refused upon delivery, the customer will receive a refund for the product minus any associated shipping costs.

This includes instances where our shipping carrier makes multiple delivery attempts without success, resulting in a $20.00 charge to us for the return of the package, which we then must pass on to the customer.

Likewise, if a package is delivered to your door and refused, it is considered a "product return," and the refund will reflect the original purchase price less all shipping fees for both sending and returning the package.

It's rare for packages to be undeliverable, and we always strive to contact customers before initiating a return or imposing any charges. We advise all customers to verify their shipping addresses thoroughly and to monitor their email for tracking updates. A tracking number will be provided via email once the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
